I originally began my career as a graphic designer. In a search for experiencing more meaning and purpose in life, I changed direction and pursued the inspiration to became a psychotherapist in order to impact people’s lives more directly. I went on to receive further training as an expressive arts therapist, in marriage and family therapy and clinical professional counseling. I began practicing yoga at the same time I pursued my graduate degree and soon began teaching yoga as well.
I personally found so much benefit from my yogic practice, that I had the thought that it would be fantastic to share these techniques with clients! Now I have 30+ years of clinical experience and in that time I have witnessed so much transformation in clients, beyond talk therapy.
